Title: People & Payroll Assistant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
We are seeking a People & Payroll Assistant to join a leading law firm based in the heart of Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work within the HR Team to administer documentation for starters and leavers, maternity etc.
* Be responsible for ensuring the HR database is up to date and all information input correctly.
* Provide assistance with the onboarding of new staff, helping with the end to end process.
* Support the finance team with preparing and inputting payroll information.
* Ensure that all policies and procedures are in place and up to date.
Technical Skills Required:
* Experience extracting data from Excel and other HR systems.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical and proven-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented and organised.
* Be a team player, and be willing to assist the HR and Finance teams with ad hoc tasks.
* Have a thirst to develop and upgrade own skills.
