Interim Procurement Manager £403pd
Role: Interim Procurement Manager - Professional Services and Management Consultancy
Rate: £403 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: Major public sector organisation
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Hybrid working and London
Interim Procurement Manager to sit in the Professional Services and Management Consultancy Team, on high-volume, fast-paced Procurements, via internal and external frameworks, plus small value tenders and single source requirements.
Sub-categories include Engineering, Commercial, Project and Programme Management, Transport Planning, Health and Safety, Environmental, Legal, Tax, Audit, Property and Energy.
You will liaise with stakeholders to a senior level, write internal governance papers, prepare tender documentation, attend governance boards, liaise with suppliers, finalise contracts, process contract variations, and run Procurements via SAP.
Requirements:
- Experience in procuring against Public Contracts Regulations 2015
- Experience in running procurement, including call offs from public sector frameworks
- Experience in writing internal governance papers
