SalaryA National Business are looking for an Interim Project Accountant to support a portfolio of projects through margin improvements and cost control. Offered on a temporary basis for 3-6 months, the role will involve some travel, working in the office and from home on a weekly basis.
The Role
As Project Accountant you will:
- Provide operational support to stakeholders with ongoing projects
- Improve margins and challenge forecasts
- Produce accurate and regular reports including analysis
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
- Review cost models
The Person
The Project Accountant will ideally be:
- Fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Work independently as well as part of team
- Able to influence, manipulate large volumes of data and detailed analysis
- Exposure to long term contracting
- Be happy to travel for 1-2 days per week, 1-2 days in the office and some days working remote
