Role Overview:
As a Procure-to-Pay Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful deployment of procure-to-pay solutions for our property development client. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation project, from initial planning and scoping to execution and post-implementation support. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage your project management expertise, and drive tangible business outcomes for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for the procure-to-pay implementation, including defining project scope, creating project plans, managing time lines, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including finance, procurement, IT, and business units, to gather requirements, assess needs, and drive alignment on project objectives.
- Partner with technology vendors and third-party providers to configure, customise, and integrate procure-to-pay solutions that meet the specific requirements and objectives of the client.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience implementing 1 or more of the following systems: Esker, Coupa, Spendesk or Medius.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end procure-to-pay implementation projects, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, systems, and best practices, including experience with leading procurement and finance technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
