Interim Senior Financial Accountant - SaaS

Talentedge are working closely with a VC backed SaaS business as they search for a Senior Financial Accountant join their team and contribute to the businesses plans for long-term growth. This role will play a critical role in managing the businesses financial operations, whilst working closely with the finance team to make a significant impact by providing valuable insights and driving financial excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of board reports, investor presentations, and other financial documentation.
• Coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any audit findings.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 4+ years PQE
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP) and experience with consolidation.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Previous experience working with NetSuite would be ideal
