Hayu is looking for a Senior Product Manager responsible for its Commerce and Partnership streams. This includes identifying areas of improvements on sign up/payment flows and commercial partnerships, defining requirements in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and working with development teams to ensure delivery as well as supporting in managing the Commerce Product Roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-life and new feature backlogs for hayu apps (Scrum & Kanban) focusing on Commerce and Partnerships
• Support Commercial team in defining and implementing technical solutions for partner integrations
• Work closely with Design, Technical, Project, Product Leads & 3rd party Vendors to create product requirements & User stories to support the business goals and priorities
• Manage the backlog of Product issues and tasks to ensure items are prioritised and delivered according to business needs
• Enforce a user centric approach and ensure hayu complies with industry standards
• Identify areas of improvement and manage functional testing pipeline with 3rd party vendor
• Make sure a Data driven approach is at the core of the solutions being provided.
• Work closely with key business stakeholders to agree and sign off features as well as UX & Design.
• Keep up to date with latest product innovations, market trends and design ideas
• Foster test and learn approach by running experiments on the payment journey
• Work with the rest of the Product team and 3rd party vendors to identify process improvements
• Deliver product excellence with a focus on lowering customer support issues and friction-free billing and subscription journey

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

• Backlog creation & Mgmt
• Using a ‘Data driven’ and user testing approach to improve products.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Creation of User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Getting user feedback using 3rd party tool
• Pivoting quickly to support wider Business Goals & KPIs
• Working with a small core team (but with extended vendor/development teams).
• Working collaboratively with 3rd Party development vendors.
• Experience of Web technologies
• iOS/Apple App store (iTunes connect)
• Android/Google Play console.
