This role is an interim opportunity for an undisclosed period to support with a heightened workload period. The Interim Talent Acquisition Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring processes within the business to hit designated targets.

Description

The Interim Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and maintain job pages on relevant websites such as social media & job boards
  • Scheduling telephone interviews
  • Support with resourcing suitable candidates for open roles
  • Coordinating phone, onsite and Willo video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst
    delivering a first-class candidate experience
  • Be proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring
    teams, to instill trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience through the full recruitment process
  • Performing administrative duties and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider
    people team
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox
  • Managing the administrative aspects of the ABMs recruitment processes
  • Preparing packs and equipment for any tests as part of the selection process
  • Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity where needed
  • Manages recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements

Profile

The ideal Interim Talent Acquisition Administrator will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience of hiring Engineering and/or Motorsport candidates.
  • Experience of posting and CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
