Interim Year End Accountant

My client is a leading Charity based in central London seeking an interim Year-End Accountant to bolster their team on an initial 6-months temporary contract with a strong opportunity to get extended.

The main responsibilities of the interim Year-End Accountant are:

• Act as a point of contact to external auditors, coordinating documentation.
• Preparing year-end journals.
• Support on year-end financial accounting process and preparation for year-end financial reporting.
• Responsible for timely production of year-end group statutory accounts, including the income statements and balance sheets.

My client is looking for:

• Experience in the charity sector is essential.
• Year-end Audit experience is essential.
• Ability to learn the role quickly and hit the ground running.
• Strong user of excel and being able manipulate data.

My client can offer a flexible approach to working, with fully remote working for the whole duration of the contract. There is also a strong opportunity for this role to get extended.
