Interim Finance Business Partner
Our client, a leading Housing Association requires a2 Interim Finance Business Partners to provide a comprehensive management accounting service across property repairs, maintenance and central services.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant and will have previously demonstrated the ability to Business Partner with relevant functions.
Day to day duties:
Responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities; month end process
Producing monthly management accounts with detailed commentary
Assisting Head of Departments with decision making processes
Providing regular forecasts for expected outturns
Producing annual budgets for periodic reviews with budget holders
Maintaining the chart of accounts
Producing income and expenditure and balance sheet notes Essential experience:
Ideally qualified or Finalist CCAB
Experience of working in a large organisation in the property/construction sector
Strong written and oral communication and Business Partnering skillsDesirable experience:
