What You'll Bring:
Internally known as UK Credentialing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the UK Credentialing Team, managing performance and risk within the team and relationships with internal colleagues.
Impact You'll Make:
Effective management of workloads and resource to achieve successful delivery of service to agreed standards
Monitoring performance against KPIs and compliance expectations
Ensure risks are identified, recorded and mitigated and a risk reduction program is in place
Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s and Performance appraisals ensuring learning & development plans are in place
Recruitment of new team members
Overall responsibility for the induction of new starters
Coaching and development of team members including performance management
Prepare and maintain operational documents ensuring these are communicated to the team
Ensure that key policies are understood and adhered to
Identify and implement service improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with key departments across the business for incident resolution, escalations, business awareness and collaboration
