Job Description
Construo is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Fit-Out Manager to lead our interior construction projects. As the Interior Fit-Out Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution, coordination, and successful completion of interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to interpret design concepts and deliver exceptional results.
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including installations, finishes, and detailing, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate challenges.
Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for optimal project performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
years of proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
