The Role:
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be part of an established team that manages a range of diverse, high-profile accounts. You will undertake a client facing, commercial role encompassing client and account management business development, solutions and strategic selling and engage with the wider business for project delivery. You will effectively work within a mini-business and support the Client Directors in penetrating new accounts whist managing existing customers.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support the Client Director on their accounts on a day-to-day basis
- Build & maintain the database intelligence within the CRM System
- Outbound calling and email campaigns across the Technimove portfolio
- Uncovering, nurturing and closing opportunities for any product / service within the portfolio
- Communicate with existing customers, following up to investigate if we can assist with any additional requirements
- Ensure we correctly understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
- Work with the internal Operations team to help deliver projects
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients
Skills and experience needed for Internal Account Manager:
- Experience in a similar role within the IT sector is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Have the ability to form positive working relationships
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Is a self-motivated collaborator, enjoys working as part of a wider team
Salary:
Up to £30,000 PA
