Internal Account Manager GBP25,000 Bournemouth

Are you looking for the opportunity to take ownership of accounts and clients? Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail?

Rubicon s client are a global company that accelerates growth for brands by conducting meticulous market research and providing products to brands worldwide. They looking for a new Internal Account Manager to join the sales team to introduce customers to products from client portfolios.

Alongside a GBP25,000 salary, the successful Internal Account Manager will also benefit from:

As the Internal Account Manager, your will:

  • Sell products via telephone to customers from your client s portfolio, using the company s CRM system to analyse sales trends as well as your own performance
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager to identify areas of improvement and streamline company processes
  • Accurately execute administrative tasks and identify timesaving techniques the company could adopt
  • Continually research and maintain knowledge of the industry and market

To be the successful Internal Account Manager, you ll have

  • At least 2 years experience within a target driven environment as a telephone Account Manager (Essential)
  • Strong Excel skills and confident in managing reports.
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry (desirable)
  • Quality IT Skills, having used CRMs to generate reports and analyse sales results
  • A passion for cooperating with colleagues and a willingness to succeed
