Based - Uxbridge - on site

Position - Permanent (subject to trial period) Full Time

Hours - 8.30am to 5.00pm but can be flexible (37 hours)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a friendly retail company as part of the Internal Audit team of three, with the principal role of stocktaking and analysis of stock variances.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of stocktakers to complete stocktakes within our Head Office and stores across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Timely and accurate completion of variance analysis for stocktake results and general stock queries, and advise course of action to correct system errors surrounding stock.

Management of the back-up docket system.

Sundry duties involve the collating post stocktake paperwork and Excel files for review and filing, and updating relevant records once stocktake results have been approved by the Internal Audit Manager.

Skills

Ability to meet a high degree of accuracy whilst working in a fast paced and high-volume environment

Ability to work to multiple strict time deadlines

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Computer literate, have good knowledge of Excel

Positive and motivated personality

Must be adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic with an attention to detail.

Ability to commute to Uxbridge (parking available).

Ability to work away including overnight stays and early morning starts.
