A global architecture firm is looking to hire an Internal Communications Coordinator to help them build their employee engagement strategy.
In this role you will be the key contributor to employee engagement activities working closely with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to drive an effective communications strategy that will align employees with values, goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership and stakeholders to align on internal comms strategy that you will be developing and implementing
- Drive Internal Communications across online and offline channels and create well thought out content to increase engagement across the group
- Support internal events, awards ceremonies and social gatherings
- Advise CEO on monthly and quarterly business updates
- Running and developing monthly newsletter and company updates.
Key skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Internal Comms and Engagement - including events, online and offline engagement and c-suite support.
- Internal Comms experience gained in a corporate environment
