Internal Customer Service Co-ordinator

On behalf of our client who are a large and successful company, we are recruiting for an experienced Internal Customer Service Co-Ordinator

As an Internal Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, Orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our clientele.

You will be expected to understand customer needs and provide admin support to other departments within the company

This is a permanent full time position, working 35.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Other benefits include Company pension, free on site parking, 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).

Experience required:

Self motivation along with a positive energy is an essential part of the role

Attention to detail along with the ability to retain product knowledge is also an essential requirement

Knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Must be computer literate and have experience of working with Word & Excel
