An innovative & ambitious business in Manchester that is launching new products & introducing an exciting, new growth strategy. They're looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to facilitate growth in their sales & back-office functions.

The role:
* Internal Recruiters will fill Sales, Back Office, and Manager positions
* Sourcing & contacting potential candidates
* Qualifying candidates & matching them to roles
* Selling via phone, email, LinkedIn
* Managing the entire interview & onboarding process
* Marketing & advertising roles / the company
* Conducting interviews
* Managing internal hiring manager relationships
* Reporting to Head of Recruitment
The package:
* £28,000 - £32,000 salary
* £50,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday - Office Hours

Requirements:
Experience in Recruitment is required.
