Salary: Up to £28,000 rising internally based on performance + uncapped commission (average £45K OTE)

What does a day to day look like for an Internal Recruiter at Zuto?
- Recruiting new Sales Executives using a multitude of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Working at a fast pace, building a strong candidate next work.
- Identifying and pre-qualifying candidates thoroughly and effectively to assess their suitability for roles within Zuto.
- Headhunting using a variety of proactive techniques.
- Attending careers fairs and recruitment events to help grow our brand and meet future Zutonites.
- Prioritising your workload to ensure maximum results.
Requirements of an Internal Recruiter at Zuto:
- 12 months + experience working within a fast-paced recruitment role (internal or agency).
- Comfortable working with high levels of activity (phone based).
- Demonstrable experience in multiple method of sourcing candidates.
- A hunger to succeed.
- Extremely organised and confident in multitasking
- Team player, adaptable and comfortable switching priorities.
