Job Role:  Internal Recruiter   
Location: Remote, Northwest
Package: Up to £37,000 + Company Car

We are eager to speak to seasoned Internal Recruitment professionals for our well established and growing client. With responsibility for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across the Northwest this will be a busy and hands on role working closely with a range of internal stakeholders to lead and manage the talent planning process.
Accountabilities will include:

• Development and execution of effective resourcing strategies, to attract and retain qualified candidates for specialized positions
• Identifying and evaluating potential candidates
• Guiding and mentoring a compact team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and results to hiring managers and candidates
• Managing the resourcing budget and providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, agencies, universities, and professional bodies
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the realm of recruitment and employment

What you will get:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in internal recruitment ideally will experience of sourcing niche roles
