Role responsibilities:
- Recruiting new staff using a multitude of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn
- Identifying and pre-qualifying candidates thoroughly and effectively to assess their suitability for the roles
- Working proactively and at a pace to ensure all candidates are contacted.
- Qualify, shortlist and present to manager suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Taking pride in creating an outstanding candidate experience
- Organising and managing assessment days to enable us to hire at volume
- Attending careers fairs and recruitment events
- Champion of our values in every hire and interaction with the business
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Minimum 12-months experience working within a similar role
- Comfortable working with high levels of activity
- Ability to work at a pace with hunger to succeed
- Previous experience in successfully selling and closing roles
- Ability to deliver under pressure, with a pro-active and responsive approach
- Resilience
- Excellent telephone sales and objection handling skills
- Extremely organised, confident in multitasking and managing multiple stakeholders
