Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their requirement for an Internal Recruitment Consultant. Please note, this is an office-based role, so you will need to be able to easily commute to Welwyn Garden City on a daily basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process for both office and field staff
- Working closely with internal stakeholders
- Creating engaging job adverts
- Sourcing candidates
- Carrying out Interviews
- Holding Assessment Centres
- Providing feedback
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Skills and attributes required:
- At least 2 years’ recent recruitment experience
- Previous experience in applying for Visas
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
