Internal Sales Consultants - Global Customer Care Centre Altro, Letchworth Garden City

We are growing here at Altro and we are currently recruiting for more hard working individuals to join us! There are a number of 1-hour slots throughout the event and this will be a chance for you find out what it s like to work here and more about the roles we are recruiting for.

Current vacancies:

• Sales Coordinator Team (x2 Permanent and x1 12 Month Maternity Contract)- Managing UK & International orders from start to finish ensuring we give the best possible customer experience whilst looking for opportunities to grow sales

Other opportunities you will get to hear about:

• Inbound Team Resolving customer enquiries that we receive via the telephone, email and live chat
• Customer Relations Coordinator - Ensuring that any customer issues and dealt with in a timely and professional manner, work with teams across the business to achieve this.
• Outbound & Project Coordinator Team - Tracking approx. 500 projects from specification through to completion and proactively seeks new business with new and existing customers delivering exceptional customer service

It s not just about your experience and here at Altro we recruit very much on cultural fit. Although not essential, previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment, whether that be in an office or face to face, would be highly advantageous. We need people with excellent communication skills and a passion for Customer Service. People who are eager to learn and are team players with a positive attitude.
