Our client, a family-run builders merchant with over 14 branches in the south, has a rare opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative based in their Aldershot depot. Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed targets. This includes both nurturing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range to provide effective advice and solutions to customers.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience in a sales role, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Communication Skills: Impeccable telephone manner and effective communication skills are essential.
• Customer Focus: Confidence in building and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
