Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000neg + KPI related bonus

The role of the Internal Sales - Aggregates will involve:

• Internal Sales role promoting the sale of construction aggregates
• Predominantly selling to civil engineers, housebuilders & groundworkers, however also selling to trade such as local builders, landscapers and some building merchants
• Initially 100% office based with the hope of developing into a field based position
• Your time will be split 50/50 between pricing quotes for existing customers & chasing leads to develop new business
• Dealing with inbound sales enquiries pricing them up & producing quotes
• Build and maintain positive relations with new & existing customers
• You will be targeted monthly on increasing spend from customer accounts
• Updating the internal CRM system with all relevant information
• Project sizes can vary from £1000 to £30-50m

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Aggregates with:

• Must have at least 1yrs sales experience within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience with aggregates however open to a wider range of associated construction sales such as timber, steel, bricks etc.
• Confident telephone manner with strong new business acumen
• Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
• Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Full UK driving license
