An Internal Sales Engineer / Contracts Engineer with experience from a mechanical equipment service and repair environment is required for a busy engineering company.
Your purpose will be to provide accurate quotations and technical reports for the repair of mechanical rotating equipment. You will be responsible for customer liaison, fully understanding their requirements to propose / present the correct solution. Liaison will be required with Workshop Engineers to assess and prepare a report and accurate quotation for the customer. You will ensure that agreed deadlines are met and arrange for equipment to be returned to the customer.
Candidates will have experience gained within a similar role. You will have experience in providing technical quotes within a service and repair environment and ideally experience of mechanical rotating equipment. Communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with excellent oral and written communication.
