Internal Sales Associate Overview: Our client is a family-owned international manufacturing business who cover multiple industries and markets. They are looking for an Internal Sales Executive who will be responsible for the Business Development and sales support of all nominated customers through their journey of leads, quotations, questions, and contracts with a vigorous proactive sales approach. You will have opportunity and Sales growth responsibility for designated small accounts. Our client is looking for a highly driven, motivated, and organised person who is a great problem solver, and with an unwavering Can-do attitude. Experience/ Qualifications Required: Customer Service and/or Internal Sales experience. GCSE Maths and English level C minimum. Strong customer orientation with commercial understanding. Qualities Required: Results driven. Growth mindset. Strong customer service orientation. Team spirited personality. Great verbal and written communication. Able to prioritise effectively. Self-motivated. Able to work to and meet deadlines. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. ERP & CRM systems experience. Web portals.
