A great opportunity has arisen to join a leading technical distribution company as an Internal Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for Coordinating and Administering sales activity within the Sales office per the company's objectives and strategies.
Duties include:
Ensure all orders are administered professionally, efficiently and to the customer's specific requirements.
Identify and exploit additional sales opportunities by adding value to orders and promoting new products or services.
Liaise with field sales to provide a team approach to customer service.
Provide clients with specific information relevant to their product needs.
Deal with queries relating to products and delivery.
Update specific CRM systems, and regularly work on new pipelines.
Fulfil quotes, pricing, and tendering.
Some trade counter/ face to face enquiries.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally someone who has come from an Internal Sales/ sales administration/ customer service admin background.
Someone customer-focused team player that can think quickly on their feet.
You must be an excellent communicator with prior experience interacting with consumers both in person and over the phone.
Someone who pays close attention to detail and is a finisher who always sees the task through to completion.
Industry experience is not a requirement and a thorough training programme will also be designed specifically for the selected candidate.
