Elevation Recruitment are proudly working with a specialty metals manufacturer in South Yorkshire, to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Sales Team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities, from managing key accounts to conducting market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth and achieve business objectives
• Manage the sales process, contracts, and quotations efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Oversee stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Implement and enforce pricing policies effectively
• Lead and mentor the sales administration team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to excel in their roles
• Review sales price confirmations and revenue recognition dates regularly
• Keep stakeholders informed with weekly updates on sales progress
• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a global sales or account management environment
• Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively for yourself and others
• Team leader or people management experience would be advantageous
