Elevation Recruitment are proudly working with a specialty metals manufacturer in South Yorkshire, to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Sales Team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities, from managing key accounts to conducting market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth and achieve business objectives
- Manage the sales process, contracts, and quotations efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Oversee stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Implement and enforce pricing policies effectively
- Lead and mentor the sales administration team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to excel in their roles
- Review sales price confirmations and revenue recognition dates regularly
- Keep stakeholders informed with weekly updates on sales progress
- Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a global sales or account management environment
- Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively for yourself and others
- Team leader or people management experience would be advantageous
