We have the pleasure of working with an organisation in Sheffield (North Sheffield) who are keen to appoint an Internal Sales Administrator on a temporary basis.
This vacancy is initially temporary to assist with an immediate need in the business, but due to growth, it could quickly become permanent for the right candidates subject to performance in the role and at the discretion of the company. As this vacancy is initially temporary, the successful applicant needs to be available to start temporary work in Sheffield and not be on notice.

Full time hours Monday to Friday 8.30 -5pm

Salary guide £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Your new role
You will report to the Service Manager and play a vital role within the administration department. The successful candidate will have good technical administration skills and experience, ideally in service administration, customer service admin or sales administration, ideally.
This will be a busy role and the duties and responsibilities of the post are outlined below;
- Processing of quotes, sending out quotes to the engineers and completing follow-ups with the customers to convert to order
- Accurate quote production
- Providing quotes for inbound customer orders, speaking to the customers, taking them through the order
-Customer Service admin tasks
- Liaising with engineers
- Working with the wider business to arrange customer orders
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is required
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is required
What you\'ll need to succeed
Previous experience providing quotations and customer service admin/ sales administration experience would be preferred.
The successful applicant must be able to start work immediately and not be on notice.
