BASIC SALARY: Up to £ 30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:Internal Sales Engineer, Internal Technical Sales
 
As our Internal Sales Engineer, you'll learn all the ins and out of our business. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and senior sales staff to enhance your business development skills and our technical service team will increase your engineering knowledge. You'll become an expert in the air compressor industry and we'll support you every step of the way so you become a great salesperson and an invaluable member of our team.
 
Our client base is very broad and you'll be selling to a wide range of market sectors including:
· Automotive & aviation
· Engineering and manufacturing
· Healthcare and pharmaceutical
· Scientific.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Internal Sales Engineer, Internal Technical Sales
 
As our Internal Technical Salesperson you'll:
· Understand our clients needs and provide them with some of the best technical solutions available
· Generate new business to increase our revenue
· Provide excellent aftersales support ensuring our customers keep coming back
· Work closely with all departments within the business to continue growing your knowledge of the business and the air compressor market
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION:Internal Sales Engineer, Internal Technical Sales
 
To become our Internal Sales Engineer, you MUST have an engineering or technical background and ideally some business-to-business sales experience.
 
We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in air compressors, pumps, pneumatics hoses and fitting systems, but full training will be given.
 
Regardless of your engineering / technical background, it's vital that you:
· Are motivated and determined to build a career for yourself
· Willing to learn from our industry experts
· Possess good people skills and can develop and nurture relationships with our customers  
· Understand the importance of great customer service

We also offer service packages to ensure our customers are running at maximum capacity. We're a small family business, but we're looking to grow!
