Internal Sales Executive
Location: High WycombeSalary: £26,000 - £30,000 Depending on Experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Overview:Hardman Grey Recruitment are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our client. Reporting to the Head of UK Commercial Sales and Operations, the ideal candidate will work closely with 3rd party contractors and sell water treatment products.
The successful Internal Sales candidate will be responsible for:
Achieving set sales targets by working closely with the regional account manager
Supporting the team by monitoring and updating the projects in the CRM
Taking and actioning of incoming calls
The preparation and submission of client quotations
Building effective relationships with 3rd party contractors for ongoing projects
The sale of company water treatment products
Demonstrating company values on a daily basis
Key Skills for the Internal Sales role Include:
Strong sales and communication skills
Confident telephone manner especially making outbound cold calls
Strong computer skills, especially including Microsoft Outlook and Office
Experience with CRM would be advantageous
Ability to work tight deadlines whilst under pressure
Time management and ability to self think and prioritise
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and strong desire to learn

£3,000 p.a. on target commission paid monthly 1 month in arrears - Pro-rata
£3,000 end of year bonus for 100% achievement of company target – Pro-rata
