My client, who are based in High Wycombe, are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding and successful Sales department.
They are an organisation within the sustainability industry and are keen to make a positive impact on the environment - they are one of the leading companies within their field!
Description
Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive include:
- Developing lists of prospects from using the company's systems and other public records.
- Schedule appointments for our external sales team to meet prospective customers.
- Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of products offered.
- Inform customers of new or upgraded products.
- Quote prices, negotiation, and close sales.
- Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Track monthly personal sales.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Day to day contact with technical consultants and supporting them where possible.
- Ensuring all follow ups on Salesforce is up to date.
- Credit accounts and assisting the customer to find a solution.
- Ensuring maximum GPMs are secured.
Profile
The successful Internal Sales Executive will have:
- Previous experience in a Sales environment (not essential, but desirable)
- Experience in administrative and customer services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be results orientated
- The ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with partners, external and internal customers
- Responsible and reliable individual
- Speak clearly and effectively to customers
- Great listening and closing skills
- Capable of handling customer rejection
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Able to work effectively as part of team
- Self-aware and continually eager to learn
