The package:
- Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
- Monday - Friday - 39 hours per week - 8:30am - 5pm
- Salary - £30,000 - £33,000 plus 25% monthly bonus potential
- 29 days holiday (holiday allowance rises at 3 years’ service, 5 years’ service, and 10 years of service)

Requirements:
You MUST have proven sales experience and a track record of over-achieving KPI’s. This role is very hands on, and you will need to be able to multitask and manage your time effectively. Your telephone manner MUST be strong, and it is essential that you are able to handle answering a high volume of calls.
The Role:
- Seeking new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and web enquiries
- Working closely with the field sales rep to build relationships with customers and close deals.
- Maximizing current accounts by upselling, providing promotional offers and new product information
- Understanding customers’ requirements and best matching the products to suit their needs.
- Passing qualified opportunities to the relevant sales rep for further development of a sales meeting and sales closure
- Rebuilding relationships with lapsed clients
- Closure of sales with customers and sending orders through the customer service team
- Reaching monthly sales and KPI targets
- Making sure orders are managed accordingly.
- Setting up of new customers onto the system
- Preparing bespoke quotes to customers
- Handling any complaints with customers in a professional manner
