£25,000-£30,000 + Incentives
An established 5-star business in Huntingdon is looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to support customers and suppliers with their product orders.
Working with a friendly and vibrant team, key responsibilities include:
- Supporting existing and new customers with their inquiries via incoming calls, emails, and online
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Setting up trade accounts
- Producing quotations and following up
- Maintaining CRM system and downloading data for reporting
- Liaising with the technical team on product updates and new technology
- Carry out customer product demonstrations and attend trade exhibitions
- Pursue customer warm leads and inquiries (Not cold calling)
- Administration support duties
The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience working in a trade or retail setting and possess an understanding of the significance of working towards team targets.
Moreover, the candidate must be capable of managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients to promote business success and growth. It is also essential for the candidate to have excellent telephone manners, be self-managed, driven, and confident in working with CRM systems.
