A fast-growing, Peterborough based business is expanding and keen to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager to join at this exciting time.

As an Account Manager, your focus will be to relight past relationships with a database full of lapsed clients. Ultimately with a view to gain repeat business and expand these accounts further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound lead follow up & quotation, outbound calls, email and internet contact enquiries.
• Working closely with the field sales rep to build relationships with customers and close deals
• Looking after orders and providing support and after-sales support
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary
• Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing
• Develop the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
• Invoicing customers
• Ordering stock and updating databases.

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess confident communication skills, a positive working attitude along with the ability to build rapport with ease. The ideal candidate will thrive working within a fast paced, upbeat environment and be driven to exceed all expectations.

We welcome all backgrounds, however it would be a distinct advantage if you have previously worked within the Printing sector.

In return for your hard work and commitment you will be financially rewarded for exceeding your monthly targets and could earn up to an additional 1500 per month once fully trained.
