We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join the team based in Bassingbourn. You will play a crucial role in supporting customers with their enquiries through the provision of advice, literature and quotations.
In this position, you will be responsible for the follow up of quotations and hunting additional and new opportunities'. You will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming customer enquiries via email and phone quickly and efficiently
- Helping the customer with product selection and quantities
- Using excellent product knowledge to give confidence to the customer
- Creating and provision of product quotations
- Follow up of quotations and opportunities
- Entering of all quotes and activities on Hubspot
- Identification of potential opportunities and leads
- Aftersales support where required from customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft apps
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM systems or sales tools
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Construction industry knowledge
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
