The successful candidate will be responsible taking a incoming calls which include customer queries, orders and complaints and contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries. This is a a continuous learning environment with constant room for development.
Permanent. Full time or Part time. Monday to Friday.
Fully office based.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls
- Evaluate and resolve both customer and representative queries.
- Take orders via Phone, Email or Online ordering App.
- Discuss current promotional deals with the potential to upsell.
- Efficient Call logging and email management
Candidate specification:
- A Confident, Engaging and Friendly Telephone Manner
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to Multitask and organise your workload.
- Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
