Account Handler - International Property

Up to £80,000 + Attractive Bonus and Benefits

London / Hybrid - 1 day minimum required in the office

Your new company, is a prestige, leading and international Lloyd's of London Broker, with a solid reputation within the London Market. There is now, a new and exciting opportunity within their International Property Division, that involves handling large and complex Property Risks across various worldwide territories (Non-US), as well as working with Brokers to assist with the placement of risks. This position consists of an extremely flexible hybrid working model, as well as giving you the opportunity to work for a thriving team for a highly successful and ambitious company.

The Role

• Responsible for working collaboratively with Brokers to ensure the successful placement of risks across various International territories (Non-US)
• Handling large and complex Property Risks and providing a high level of service to clients/partners
• Creating timely and MRC Slips and Endorsements for the placement of risks into the London Market Insurance
• Liaising with Clients, Underwriters and Markets
• Collating both new and existing client documentation and creating presentations
• Ensuring the smooth running of all accounts coupled with some broking duties to provide the Client with an exceptional service

About You

• A minimum of 5 years + of experience in working for a Lloyd's Broker in a Technical / Account Handler position
• Experience in dealing with Property Risks (or a similar/related class)
• Competent in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements
• International Property Risk exposure is desirable (open on territory experience)
• Analytical mind and ability to pay acute attention to detail
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail skills
