THE TEAM
During the internship, you will be part of an expert regulatory content team for Citeline, working closely withcontent analysts and internal SMEs, product managers and others to expand and maintain the clinical research regulatory database; ensure the quality of database content; and keep abreast of trends in the field.
SCOPE OF ROLE
An opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development of our global regulatory database. Supporting the day-to-day activities of the TrialScope Intelligence content team. With an ever-evolving regulatory landscape, new and updated regulatory information needs to be routinely screened and assessed for potential impact on organization procedures and overall strategy. TrialScope Intelligence is designed as a database tool to assist organizations to plan and manage global regulatory developments in a single solution, removing the burden of having to manually track multiple sources of regulatory information.
Activities:
  • Research and analyse regulatory content for relevance and applicability
    • Liaise with subject matter experts and regulatory agencies to ensure content is accurate, timely and thorough
  • Support customer service and sales on content and technical inquiries
    • Attend and report on regulatory webinars to discern trends in the field and monitor regulatory developments
  • Support content sharing initiatives through internal and/or external communication

HOW YOULL SUCCEED

  • Quickly assimilate technical and regulatory information to curate data from multiple sources
  • Evidence clear understanding of global Clinical Trial requirements, according to assigned regions, through shared feedback
  • Contribute to global content inclusion through independent validation of regional requirements
  • Demonstrate strong ability in using content management systems and processes related to content creation and maintenance
  • Enhance data presentation using creative initiatives
  • Identify key trends to inform thought leadership collaboration

WHAT IT TAKES

  • BA or BSc, preferably in a life-science field or equivalent experience
  • An interest in, or knowledge of clinical research/Clinical Trial development is preferred, but not essential.
