Introduction:

Embark on an exciting journey with our team as an eTMF Manager/Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), where you'll be integral to advancing clinical studies. We're searching for a passionate individual ready to make a significant impact in supporting groundbreaking medical research.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in science/life sciences
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Clinical Trial management or related field
• Proficiency in eTMF software (e.g., Viedoc)
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Assist ClinOps team with site management activities for clinical studies
• Independently set up, manage, and maintain (e)TMFs in compliance with budget and SOPs
• Troubleshoot Viedoc interface and software issues as they arise
• Ensure accurate and efficient management of study records in adherence to SOPs
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for team members
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in eTMF projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth study operations
• Contribute to study start-up and close-out activities, including regulatory and ethics submissions
• Participate actively in meetings, offering insights and updates as required
• Maintain clear communication channels and provide regular progress updates to the Head of ClinOps/ClinOps TL
