Year Group: Year 2 and 3

Location: Rhymney, Caerphilly
Start Date: September

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support in numeracy and literacy for pupils in Year 2 and 3
• Work closely with class teachers to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting support as needed
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting literacy and numeracy development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• A passion for helping children succeed academically
