Teaching Assistant Level 2

What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant (Level 2). The successful candidate, under the direction and guidance of class teachers and SENDCO, will support the teaching and learning activities in the classroom by working with individuals or small groups of children. You will need to have experience of working with children of a relevant age with a learning environment including knowledge of behavioural and learning difficulties. You will need to have High Expectations of your students and yourself with a determined approach to ensuring Every Child can succeed irrespective of circumstance. You will be supported by one of the strongest Trusts in the region offering exceptional professional development and a commitment to growing and supporting talent.
