Inventory Controller / Planner

Matthew Clark is part of C&C Group plc who is a premium drinks company which owns, manufactures, markets and distributes a unique portfolio of beer and cider brands in its home markets and across the globe. You probably know us best from brands like Bulmers, Magners and Tennent’s.  

We're looking for a Stock Controller / Planner to join our brand new Depot for 2024 in Orbital West, London (Heston). This is a Permanent opportunity working 36.25 hours per week (8am-4pm Mon-Fri).

About the role

You’ll have accountability for replenishing designated products from our Matthew Clark portfolio utilising forecasts and delivery schedules. You’ll build strong external relationships with suppliers and be responsible for hitting KPIs for customer availability and inventory stock holding across your portfolio. You’ll work closely with internal colleagues from Product Data, Stocking, Demand Planning, Goods in, Commercial and Operational departments.

Within the role you’ll also raise and manage purchase orders, following the process correctly to ensure our warehouse teams receive the requests. You’ll manage uplifts from suppliers, feedback on any unfulfilled demand root causes and always prioritise communicating any items which are at risk of impacting customer service levels.

About you

You’ll ideally have previous experience within a Supply Planning or Demand Planning role however we welcome applications from individuals who have gained administrative or customer service experience within the FMCG, Logistics/Distribution, Supply Chain, Volume Manufacturing or a similar industry.
