We have an outstanding opportunity for an Investment Administrator to work in a leading, highly regarded Financial Services organisation in Leeds City Centre. If you are an experienced Administrator with experience of working in a regulatory Administrative role and are looking for a busy varied Administration role with excellent learning and development opportunities then please read on!
You will be supporting the Investment Management team with PA and Administration support, and you will be communicating with high net worth clients.

Location: Leeds City Centre- hybrid
The role:
- Collating data and assisting with the administration of their accounts
- Providing clients with reports on their portfolio's
- Producing presentations using PowerPoint
- Processing client payments and ISA subscriptions
- Meeting coordination
- Distribution of communication
- Reporting risk
- Client liaison
The Candidate:
- Experience of working in an Administration role in financial services, legal or other regulated sector
- Ideally educated A-level standard, with A-C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel including Pivot Tables
- Excellent communication skills, professional persona, able to liaise with high network clients
