Investment Administrator

Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently working with a financial services company who specialise in Wealth Management. Operating for over 50 years, the company have become leads within their field and have won countless awards due to their outstanding service. Due to growth and progression within the team, they are currently recruiting for an Investment Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with an administrative background within Financial Services, looking to start a career that can offer progression, development and the opportunity to work for an exceptional company.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Assisting and preparing reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals on or before set deadline days
• Add new clients onto the system whilst managing the full onboarding process, this will involve collating data and information that will assist with their project
• Provide clients and with information and reports about their projects
• Preparing KYC documentation
• Supporting and assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with FCA requirements

Experience and attributes required:

• Experience of working within a similar position is essential
• Qualified in Level 3 IOC or above
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Financial Services and the FCA
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to maintaining compliance and identifying issues
