My client, a national wealth management firm, are looking for an Investment Administrator to join their busy offices based in the heart of Leeds' financial services hub.
Key responsibilities include
- Assist and prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals
- Onboard new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts
- Provide clients with information and reports about their portfolios
- Work with the wider team for general administration duties
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements
The team demonstrates longevity and regularly is nominated for awards within the industry.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within an investment/financial advisory environment.
Due to the nature of the role, it is an office based position for 4 days/week with a further day available to work from home.
