- Contribute to the evaluation and execution of Growth Equity investment opportunities
- Provide initial assessments of transactions originated by the team, including modelling and investment assessment
- Participate in negotiation and drafting of term sheets for potential transactions
- Research and write investment papers for transactions
- Monitor and report on transactions within the portfolio
