Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Help monitor the investment portfolio by maintaining the trade capture and performance systems.
- To produce reporting as needed for the end client, investment team, and other internal team members.
- Be an active part of the investment team and contribute to investment research through idea generation, initial and on-going due diligence, and portfolio and performance analysis.
- Assist to improve processes and to be conscious of both operational and investments risks.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Strong investment operations experience (back office).
- Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets.
- Very keen to learn.
Ideal:
- Working towards CFA.
- Experience gained in both investment and investment operations (front and back office).
