Sport England is on a mission to get the nation moving, and we're looking for a talented Junior Performance Manager to join our Partnerships Directorate. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our work with partners to deliver on our ambitious ten-year strategy.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in using business intelligence software like SmartSheet, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to proactively identify problems, and offer creative solutions solve problems Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Experience managing and interpreting data.
- Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way to a range of audiences.
Day-to-day you’ll be the data whizz behind the scenes, supporting the analysis of partner performance and progress against agreed goals and measures. You’ll identify trends in partner performance and operational effectiveness, helping us understand what's working and where we can learn and improve together. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across Sport England teams and with strategic partners, supporting the delivery of innovative projects that get people active.
