- Developing and underwriting high-level financial models
- Evaluating research and performing due diligence of opportunities
- Involvement in research, analysis and execution of strategy
- Liaising with a number of parties involved in deal execution
- Assisting with the collation and presentation of marketing materials / investment memos
Looking for 3-5 years' experience in private equity Real Estate, logistic experience preferred but not required. Strong modelling and ability to build models from scratch.
